Caking problem of Chelated zinc

One of my Bangladesh friend ask me the following problem in Chelated zinc:

Q: In most cases, within 6 months the products (Chelated zinc)become cake of liquid. 

A:Please pay attention of the following factors:

1)Storage condition:

Moisture and humid storage conditions will   increase the likelihood of the product caking and make it  becoming sticky.Especially considering the moisture in Bangladesh.The product should be in stored in a cool, dry area.

2)Product Quanlity

The products you have bought may has inferior quality. The moisture content is too high.

3)Other Factors

When choosing supplier,please pay attention to check with following information:

Chemical composition, moisture content, particle structure, mechanical strength, hygroscopic properties, ambient conditions, storage time, and storage pressure.
